Delivery hours are 11 AM to 9 PM seven days a week. ALL DELIVERY ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 9 PM. We are not obligated to fulfill orders phoned in after that time.+

Main Beer Cooler Microbrews, 40 oz and 24 oz selections	Brief History Roux's Market has been serving North Central Massachusetts since 1936. Our store was founded by Oscar Roux and originally offered meats and groceries with a full time butcher. Of the many small, locally owned food markets that were in operation in Shirley Village during the mid 20th Century, ours is one of only two that has successfully remained in business since that time, thanks to decades of hard work and diligence from many employees. When Oscar's health began to fail in the 1980's, his son Thomas began to take over more of the operation, starting at first with a satellite store in downtown Ayer with its deli, delivery, and pick up service. But when the original Shirley store failed under new ownership, Tom and wife Arlana acquired it. In the mid 1990's, they integrated all operations back to the original Shirley location and the Ayer store was subsequently sold. A year after Tom's untimely death in April 2005, Roux's Market was sold to its current owners, the Patel family, with Jerry Patel taking the full reigns of management in March 2011. The Patels also operate two neighborhood stores in the Brighton section of Boston and are committed to offering the widest selection possible in a store of our size.

We deliver everything we sell (except beer and wine)* to any address in Shirley, Ayer, Devens, and other nearby areas. Our delivery charge starts at just $2 and increases by relative distance from Shirley Village. Too busy to visit the store? Housebound with small children? No wheels? No problem! *To cover the necessary licensing fees, our delivery prices for tobacco products are slightly higher than they are in the store. Please be prepared to pay this added cost, in addition to Massachusetts sales tax and delivery charge.
